Moreover, MSC is certified from Rwanda government officials like gold card scheme from Rwanda Revenue Authority, and also tax discharge certificate exemption from “Le Commissaire Des Recettes Internes Rwanda”. These are one of the special certificates provided by Rwandan authority to provide stable and safe trade within region.
